1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is required.

Certain products, such as customized PCs or clearance items, may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive defective or damaged.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at (270) 486-3080 or email us at info@aerostreampc.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Carefully repackage the product, including all accessories, manuals, and original packaging materials.
  3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
  4. Ship the product to the following address:

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
